The independent growers and small farm holders from the Chelchelie Village hand pick their coffee cheries in the world renown Yirgacheffe region. Coffee is the oldest and dominant agricultural crop here, with the majority of these farmers operating on an acre or less. The coffee cherries are washed, soaked, and then dried on raised beds for eighteen days, providing a cup with a sweet, resonant aroma with notes of floral and jasmine.
